Historic Sod Turning for Reconstruction of Ramotshodi High School

On Wednesday, 12th April 2017, Dikuno tsa Sechaba Development Trust in partnership with Anglo American Platinum and Bakgatla-Ba-Kgafela Traditional Administration co-officiated the historic sod turning ceremony of the construction of a new infrastructure for Ramotshodi High School, at a new site, in Maologane Village, North West.

The project commenced on the 03rd of April 2017 and is estimated to be completed on the 15th of December 2017.
President Jacob Zuma emphasized during the 2014 State of the Nation Address, that quality education is key in addressing inadequacies and challenges in the country’s rural communities. This statement remains central in driving many institutions whose aim is to develop and improve the lives of disadvantaged rural communities.
